Hello from your x-Key Wester, now Savannah client. I am known as the lotto winner by my friends. And that's because of your help reaping the rewards of my Key West property investments.
When I called you last year to sell my Cuban Club Condo, you jumped right in and quoted a listing price $100K more than I was expecting. I told you that I wanted out of the unit because it was almost summer and this transient rental needed repairs for next season. I trusted your knowledge of the market, listed with you and we had a full price contract the next day. It closed within 2 months for 2.5% less than asking price.
This year, when I called to list my Olivia Street cottage, you jumped right in and quoted a listing price $100K less than I was expecting. I told you my tenants lease was up June 30th and I wanted it sold before the lease expired and before hurricane season. It was under contract the next day with a full price contract. It closes July 1 for .5% under my asking price.

"I've been trying to say thank you perfectly since we were at the Radisson and you dropped off the wonderful bag of goodies. I looked forever for the perfect card and finally found it two weeks later. I've been looking for the perfect time to sit down and write the loveliest note that would encompass every bit of gratitude that I have for all that you've done for me & us but it was always too late at night or I was too tired or I just knew I was going to cry (and I am really crying now) and the ink would get smudged and I only bought one of the perfect cards and I'd have to go and find another one and and and and and and...I still haven't found that perfect time.

All that having been said, I want to thank you for helping to put us in the really great place we are now. Free from debt, free from fear of losing everything. We have a truly fresh start on life. We are in PA, in the Pocono Mountains (!), looking for a home in Pottsville. We can pay cash for a home. No crushing mortgage over our heads. We have enough to save for the college thing, some to invest in real estate. Thank you for hustling so hard for us.
